Times to call for emergency service is when there is damaged property, not only is the weight of the downed tree or branch unsafe until removed but may also cause water damage to your house, car, garage, ect. Other reasons to call for immediate assistance is if a branch large enough to do damage has become broken broken but not completely severed or has become stuck on other branches, you'll want us to safely lower it before it has the ability to do damage, same goes for branches on power lines or that have taken down a live power line, stay away and call professionals. But it is best to call us out before you have a problem, some people have very large trees that have been on the property for generations, that they love and are afraid to call us out fearing we will give them bad news, but rest assured usually unless it's dead, we can trim, prune and have many other tricks up our sleeves to make sure the tree stays or becomes much happier and doesn't pose a risk for many more years to come.
